The front desk staff was helpful. i could leave my luggage until the next day (how great is that?). the location is really convenient to gare de l'est. I could leave the hotel only 25 minutes before my train. it was a super short walk!

the location near the gare du nord was convenient for my travel plans.
i was given a family room that felt very cramped, despite my request for a nicer view due to a special occasion. the room was on a low floor and had a tiny window. breakfast was okay, it was included, but i don't think it would be worth the extra cost if it weren't.

I really appreciated the fast, efficient, and polite reception staff during my very late night check-in. checking out super early was also easy! i was happy to receive free water, etc. the bathroom was compact and clean. I loved the unexpected walk-out balcony too!
i did notice slight noise from the metro beneath the hotel, though it wasn't too disruptive.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to gare de l'est station, directly across the road. It makes onward journeys to other cities very convenient. this station provides easy access to the metro, connecting you to various areas across the city, awesome!

rooms feature reasonably sized spaces, complete with coffee pod machine and kettle! you get two nespresso pods upon arrival, so consider bringing extra if you need them. the rooms are adequately furnished and offer a comfortable stay, i am happy about that.

There are various ethnic eateries near the hotel. Most of them offer bangladeshi cuisine. prices are affordable, and meals are delicious. the area next to the hotel offers a lot of spots for having breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The staff was friendly. The location was good because it's so close to transport.
I booked a room here and did not like that the room was too small. The hotel room looked a lot smaller than on the pictures. the metro runs under the hotel and I could feel it. It's too noisy.

I found the location very convenient for accessing both gare de l'est and gare du nord stations. I walked easily to the seine river and notre dame. my room faced the street, but it was surprisingly quiet. the provided breakfast was a great start to each day though it could have been better

The hotel is very close to the train stations. This made my travel convenient. all the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. the hotel stored my luggage after i checked out too.
The metro runs under the hotel. i could hear the metro passing. It was really loud. the breakfast was very disappointing. The hot drinks machine dispensed awful beverages.

Convenient and Clean Stay

The hotel's proximity to both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord proved very useful. I found the redecorated rooms super clean and cozy. I appreciated the inclusion of a fridge in my room, it was a definite plus. The effective air conditioning kept the room at a temperature I liked.
I experienced noise from the metro line that runs below the hotel. The noise and vibrations were noticeable, even with earplugs. Sleeping was difficult, the metro sound was pretty constant.

The hotel is directly across from the Gare de l'Est station. This makes access to metros and trains convenient. Getting to major sites, such as the Arc de Triomphe, requires only one metro change and approximately 20 minutes. A supermarket is right next door.
