The hotel is very close to the train stations. This made my travel convenient. all the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. the hotel stored my luggage after i checked out too.
The metro runs under the hotel. i could hear the metro passing. It was really loud. the breakfast was very disappointing. The hot drinks machine dispensed awful beverages.

Convenient and Clean Stay

The hotel's proximity to both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord proved very useful. I found the redecorated rooms super clean and cozy. I appreciated the inclusion of a fridge in my room, it was a definite plus. The effective air conditioning kept the room at a temperature I liked.
I experienced noise from the metro line that runs below the hotel. The noise and vibrations were noticeable, even with earplugs. Sleeping was difficult, the metro sound was pretty constant.

The hotel is directly across from the Gare de l'Est station. This makes access to metros and trains convenient. Getting to major sites, such as the Arc de Triomphe, requires only one metro change and approximately 20 minutes. A supermarket is right next door.

I found breakfast to have great value. The buffet included a good variety of options. It was worth the cost. The offerings were plentiful.

Staff at the reception were friendly. They helped answer some questions. They took good care of my luggage.

The rooms were reasonably sized. They were comfortable. A coffee pod machine and kettle are provided, but only two Nespresso pods are available, so I brought more. The room faced the street but was surprisingly quiet.

The hotel provides air conditioning. I found the air conditioning to be very effective. I also appreciated the presence of windows that open. That's an extra bonus.
